UCWeb has updated UC Browser for Android to version 9.5 that brings
support for more languages including Tamil and Telugu, improved
performance, faster downloads, fonts on web pages, Web Application
Center, Image Viewer for webpages and lots more. Version 9.5 brought
upgraded Speed Mode, Auto Pager, Hindi support and more.
New features in UC Browser 9.5 for Android:
15% faster downloads on 3G and Wi-Fi compared with the previous version of the browser with segmented file transfer and multi-threaded downloading technologies
Improved efficiency of writing files to storage
Support for new languages on web pages, including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and more. If there is a supported language, you get a pop-up requesting permission to download the language.
Improvements to key functions such as typing, gesture control, font adjustment, etc.
Web Application Center lets you add your favorite web apps
New Image viewer lets you view all the pictures on a webpage easily, just like in a photo album.
New UC Homescreen Widget add-on creates a widget on your phone’s home screen for easy access to UC Browser.
