Hello friends..
Follow few simple steps as mentioned below.
. ) Press "Windows Key" and go to "Search Box".
2. ) Type "CMD" or "Command Prompt" dont Run.
3. ) Right Click "CMD" or "Command Prompt" and "Run it as Administrator".
4. ) Type "netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled and Press "Enter".
5. ) Your done.
Go to Control Panel, Click on Programs, Now select Turn Windows Features on or off,
Now Windows Features window will open. Uncheck Remote Differential Compression (RDC IN WIN 7). click ok.(*don't restart pc*)
Uncheck Remote Differential Compression API support(RDC IN WIN 8).
Go to RUN command, type services,look for BACKGROUND INTELLIGENCE TRANSFER SERVICE it should be in automatic mode, do it as manual it.
Finally Restart your PC and open dns or google dns.

- Click “Start” and then select “Run”
Type “gpedit.msc” for Open Group Policy window - In Computer Configuration (left column) click “Administrative Templates”
- Then click “Network” and click “Qos Packet Schedule”
- In the Right-column, click “Limit reserve-able bandwidth” for open properties and make it 0% from 20%
- Click “Apply” and then “OK”
- Restart computer and try to surf internet again.
Finally Restart your PC and open dns or google dns.
